1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. The position requires collaboration with team members, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments efficiently.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
