1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join the team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour based on the shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading items for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership, provide input for process improvements, and ensure product quality and safety. This role requires the ability to work independently, make decisions, and follow company policies and procedures.
