1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join the team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations are essential in ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores for our growing customer base. As a part-time position averaging less than 30 hours per week, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders promptly.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
