Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join the team at Aldi. This role involves efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with peers and leadership, contribute to process improvements, and uphold safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and suppliers.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
