Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join the team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrated ability to work conscientiously and collaboratively.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organizational and execution skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
