Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
  • Participate in inventory management and counts

Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient cash register operation
  • Knowledge of handling equipment
  • General cleaning skills and company policy adherence
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
