Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store associates, you will play a vital role in maintaining product displays, assisting customers, and enhancing their shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include stocking shelves, operating the cash register, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team to ensure the store's smooth operation.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

  • Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply
  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
