Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide exceptional customer service. Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain product displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
- Adhere to cash policies and uphold company procedures
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Effective customer service skills
- Proficient in cash register operation
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
