Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, the shopping experience is exceptional, and customer needs are met efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly to maintain a clean and organized store.
  • Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately while following company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory counts and monitoring inventory levels.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.

Requirements

  • Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate equipment such as electric/manual hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
