Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and stock merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail work experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment such as a cash register, hand jack, and floor scrubber.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
