Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the Aldi team. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, stocking products, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
