Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and maintaining a well-organized store environment. This position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves neatly.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and perform assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma preferred, with retail experience as a bonus.
