Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi with a starting wage of $16.00 per hour. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively, and report to management.
• Handle cash, manage inventory, and comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
