Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and report any issues or discrepancies.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and other store equipment.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
