Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

As a Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to create an exceptional shopping experience for customers. In this full-time position, you will work closely with the ALDI team to ensure efficient operations and provide top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide feedback to management on inventory, product quality, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts following guidelines to ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and maintain security and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Keen attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and multi-task effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
