Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will collaborate with team members and store management to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and report any issues
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties according to standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
