Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for the challenges of running a store successfully. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, developing action plans, and mentoring the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store activities to provide outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to be employed in this role.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and customer service orientation.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a management role.
