Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and process customer purchases
- Provide valuable feedback on inventory and customer experience
- Adhere to company policies and security procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
- High school diploma preferred
