Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Assist customers with shopping, process purchases, and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
